Vehicles in German Town Discovered Covered with Nazi Symbols in Human Blood, Police State

Authorities stated they were notified by a man who noticed a vehicle in Hanau marked with red-colored substance

Roughly fifty vehicles have been smeared with what seems to be human bodily fluid in the Germany's municipality of Hanau in proximity to Frankfurt, according to law enforcement.

Automobiles, walls and postboxes were marked, sometimes with swastikas, they announced in a release.

Law enforcement state they were notified during the night on Wednesday, when a man discovered that a car in the Lamboy neighborhood of Hanau had been covered with a reddish-hued liquid.

The liquid had been drawn in the pattern of a Nazi symbol, they reported.

Police then discovered numerous other marked vehicles and residential walls in the adjacent neighborhood.

Nazi symbols are banned in Germany under laws prohibiting the public display of Nazi symbols.

Police report early analysis suggest the liquid was most likely human blood.

"At present there remains no clue as to its origin; authorities are not yet cognizant of any injuries in relation with the incident," they stated.

Municipal representatives said they were working "to unravel the mystery" and have requested to the community for details.

A high-ranking official stated the attack made him stunned and needed to be resolved promptly.

"This incident affects the center of Hanau and revives the trauma of the right-wing attack half a decade ago," he posted on a platform, mentioning the killing of nine victims by a shooter focusing on residents of immigrant origin in February 2020.
